Portrait Rights
If the submitted work involves portraits, the following materials must be provided according to the following requirements:
Identification of the individuals in the image, such as scanned copies or photos of their ID cards (front and back) or passports.
If the submitter is not the rightful owner of the portrait rights, they must select "Authorization Required" during upload and submit a portrait rights authorization letter. The grantor should be the person whose portrait is depicted in the image, and the grantee should be the registrant of the Expression Open Platform account.
If the portraits depict minors, documentation from the legal guardian is required, including the guardian's ID proof, proof of relationship with the minor (such as photos from the household registration book), and a photo of the guardian with the minor. If the submitter is not the legal guardian, a portrait rights authorization letter is also required. In this case, the grantor should be the guardian, and the grantee should be the registrant of the Expression Open Platform account.
