Who owns the copyright after uploading?
According to the "DeMoji Emoji Open Platform Service Agreement," the submitter must own the copyright of the work or have obtained authorization. The copyright of works uploaded to the DeMoji Emoji Open Platform still belongs to the submitter or the authorized person.
If the submitted work involves portrait rights or copyrights, what evidence needs to be provided?

How to prevent plagiarism?
We strongly oppose plagiarism of works. For all uploaded works, we will conduct reviews according to the "DeMoji Work Review Standards." Works that contradict this standard will find it difficult to pass the review, and those already listed will be delisted from the platform. If you find that a work listed on DeMoji infringes upon your legal rights, please refer to the "DeMoji Work Infringement Complaint Guidelines" for instructions on filing a complaint. The platform will respond within 7 business days. Artists can refer to the "How Artists Can Protect Original Emoji Works" guide to protect their own works.
